Full Membership£730Full Playing Membership as defined in the Club’s Articles of Association, a Full Member has full playing rights
Distance Membership£525Distance A Distance Member must be resident beyond a road mileage of 30 miles from the Clubhouse and has full playing rights.
Golf No Competitions£525Golf (No Competitions) A 7-day Golf Membership – a Handicap may be held at the Club for Social purposes and retained using away scores and extra day cards. Play is not allowed in any recognised Club or Team Competition; however, you may enter and compete in NWGC Open Competitions (as a Member).
Second Club (No Comps)£500Second Club (No Competitions) A 7-day membership – he/she must be a member of another Golf Club and a Handicap may be held here, but as a Second Club. Play is not allowed in any recognised Club or Team Competition; however, you may enter and compete in NWGC Open Competitions (as a Member).
Beginner Year 1£295Beginner Year 1 Starter package for New Golfers for a maximum of one full subscription year. He/she may upgrade his/her Membership Category at any time to gain a handicap and play in Club Competitions.
Beginner Year 2£395Beginner Year 2 Member’s progression from year 1 Beginner’s Package can play in Sunday Social Comps. He/she may upgrade his/her Membership Category at any time to gain a handicap and play in Club competitions

Full Member on low or modest income (5 day members

North Wales Golf Club, as a registered Community Amateur Sports Club, now offers a new 5 day membership with access to the Course inclusive to persons who can reasonably demonstrate that they are unable to afford any of the Club’s standard subscription rates.

 
They have the full use of the facilities Monday, Friday and Sunday, all day Wednesday, Tuesday after 3pm

The Club will make available a loan set for members in this category and they can participate in the club competitions on  Sunday.

Acceptable evidence of an applicant’s personal circumstances may be provided in the form of independent documentation (or proof) of certain state benefits that the applicant may be receiving. Applicable state benefits are: • Job Seekers Allowance Income Support, Universal Credit Employment Support Allowance , Working Tax Credit Housing Benefit

Other forms of documentation proving personal financial difficulty may also be acceptable, but subject to independent verification before receiving approval.

The Club also has an excellent community programme is open to all including those on modest or low incomes. Any member or prospective member whose financial circumstances do not allow them to pay an annual membership subscription and associated costs of more than £480.00 is invited to apply to the Manager and demonstrate that any sum above this figure is not affordable to them. An application will then be considered by the Board and if accepted an alternative fee structure will be offered to the applicant. Please contact the Manager to discuss further.
